So I am curious if this discovers my ISP is traffic shaping and I know they claim to only shape traffic when someone is torrenting hardcore in the most extreme cases. I click start testing and suddenly the stream that was buffering kicks on, the volume startles me since it had been buffering for a good 30 seconds or so.
