When trying to connect my Panasonic tx-l42e6b smart TV to the router it tells me home network available but connection to internet not possible IP address not acquired. Tells me I am connected to the router but the the internet.
I have taken delivery of Panasonic dongle so I can connect to the internet. tv says wireless network connected, no gateway response, check connection and settings. How can I resolve this please. my laptop is working fine, so I know my broadband is operable.
